Carex vesicaria

(blister sedge, lesser bladder sedge)

Habitat:Swamps and wet thickets, swales and ditches, marshy or boggy shores and ponds, interdunal pools. Grows in damp habitats, mostly in fertile soils which are slightly basic, in areas where the water table is at or above the soil surface.
